International Shipping

  • All orders shipped outside of the UK may be subject to import duties, customs fees, local taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • We are unable to calculate or display these fees at checkout due to frequently changing tariffs and customs regulations that vary by country.

  • Failure to pay applicable import fees may result in the parcel being delayed, refused, returned to us, or destroyed by customs authorities.

  • If an international shipment is returned to us due to unpaid import fees, refused delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, the original shipping cost will be forfeited and is non-refundable.

  • As a small business, we are unable to absorb the cost of outbound shipping, return shipping, or customs-related failures.

  • Any additional costs incurred due to unpaid import fees or refused delivery will not be covered by us.

  • Not all countries charge import fees; we recommend checking with your local customs office prior to placing an order.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Some products may be restricted from international shipping due to customs regulations in certain countries.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Returns & Refunds Policy

  • We offer a 30-day returns policy on eligible items.

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, unworn, in original condition, and with all tags attached.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a faulty item.

  • All refunds exclude the original shipping cost, as this cost was incurred to send the parcel to the customer in the first instance and is non-recoverable.

  • Refunds for international orders returned due to unpaid import fees, refused delivery, or failure to collect will not include original shipping costs, and return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
